(More customer reviews)I've been using a cheap aluminum espresso maker forever - the kind your parents probably used. I had issues with the interior corroding and decided to try the Vev 12-cup - and I can't believe the difference. Same beans, same grind - but a completely different taste. I had no idea just switching to a different pot could make such a difference...it really was night and day. Only gripes are that assembling it to get a leak-proof seal seems a little challenging, and although it's labeled 12 cups, I get about 16oz. per brewing.
