(More customer reviews)I had a Primula and found the quality lacking, large pits in the cast Aluminum, clumpy finish and just poor quality. Who knows what was in the metal, especially with it being made in China. This Bodum is smooth, finished well inside and out and makes SUPER smooth coffee. It is also made in China but at least it looks and feels higher quailty My wife and I are hooked! Very simple to use. We grind our coffee to fine.
