(More customer reviews)It's a good quality coffee pot, but it's so air tight that you must lift the lid a little to let air in while pouring so the coffe comes out freely. This could create a problem because the lid could fall off while pouring. That has not happened yet to me though. Also, it's a little tough to brew the full 12 cup capacity because as soon as it starts to perculate, the coffee shoots out the spout. You would have to have the flame on the stove just right for it not to happen. So I usually only brew 10 cups to prevent this from happening.
